The majority of CSR and transformation efforts concentrate on convincing CEOs, boards, marketers. But not much is changing at the coalface. Same old, same old discourse… unengaged employees and executive: no one believes much that corporations can change, or that there is a way out.
Many books, reports are published with a positive note and suggestions of effective solutions with solid rationales, but how do you bring the message to coffee machine and cafeteria conversations in offices, universities, schools? How do you start one-to-one empowering conversations showing possibilities and achievements?
Please share your suggestions, start the buzz and keep me posted here or @HeleneFinidori
